Don't just take our
word for it...

We brought our house through David at Beresfords. David went above and beyond for us! Regrettably we were selling our house through a different estate agent and the chain nearly broke down due to our agent's incompetence and disinterest in helping us complete. The person at the top of the chain said they would pull out if exchange was not done by a certain date. Because our buyer wasn't ready to exchange on that date I asked our agent to speak to the rest of the chain and see if everyone was willing to change to a date that we could all do as opposed to the chain collapsing after waiting so long, but our agent refused to and basically said that is it! I rung David in a panic and asked him if he could make the relevant phone calls to the rest of the chain try and get everyone to agree on a exchange date and see if that would be enough for the person not to pull out. David was an absolute super star and made all the phone calls and got everyone to agree on the date, and thankfully everything went through. If it wasn't for David and the rest of the team at Beresfords as they were also really lovely given us updates we would have lost out on the house we had fallen in love with. Thank you so much!

In April 2023. We’d been with Purple Bricks for nearly 4 months and no interest in our house at all. We then switched to Beresfords in Dunmow and Ben sold our house within a week. Months later and absolutely nothing to do with Beresfords our house sale fell through. We were gutted as we’d also found a house we loved (also with Beresfords) and risked losing it. Incredibly Ben swung into action again and sold our house for a second time to the first people through the door! Even better still we were able to keep the house we’d found too!! We completed in Jan 2024 and love our new house. I cannot recommend Ben and Beresfords highly enough!!!
