As a result any rent and deposit monies processed are automatically protected in a similar way to the cover provided by ABTA within the travel industry. On average Beresfords’ website attracts 50,000 unique visitors every month. Our properties are also featured on leading property portals including Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla and annually receive over 15,000 online enquiries from prospective tenants asking for more information on specific properties or to request viewings.
Most letting agents promote properties online in a very similar way. However, Beresfords make sure that our landlords properties stand out from the crowd. Featured Properties are more prominent being visible at the top of the page, set in shaded boxes, retaining a larger main image and an additional photograph as shown in the example above. Rightmove confirms that properties featured in this way generate higher enquiry levels from tenants.
Ultimately our aim is to promote those properties we offer for rent to the widest possible audience. As well as reaching prospective tenants through local, regional and national exposure, our own website is viewed in more than 85 countries. We also have an agreement with a world leading Artificial Intelligence specialist who optimise our social media campaigns ensuring that our campaigns are up to eight times more effective than standard social media advertising.
Our video tours provide a comprehensive overview of a rental property which in turn identifies its most popular features. Prospective tenants are therefore able to get a real feel for a property remotely before committing to view and research indicates that those who then go on to request a physical viewing are more likely to express a serious interest.
