Beresfords latest branch in Witham was officially opened on the 11th June by the town's Mayor. Since its opening we've been overwhelmed by how welcome we've been made to feel in the town.
We asked Paul Beresford, Managing Director and Chairman, what it meant to launch the company's latest branch.

In fact, we recently undertook our own market research on property prices along the A12 corridor. For example, a modern 4-bedroom detached property in Shenfield would market for probably at least £900,000 compared to just £400,000 in Witham, making a saving of £500,000 for a 22-mile drive (or less than 20 minutes by train), which is nearly £23,000 a mile.
Overseeing the new branch is Paul Ashton, who has over 32 years' experience in the residential sales marketplace. The market is very buoyant and we've already sold a number of properties, a couple within just 48 hours of going onto the market. Assistant Branch Manager at Beresfords Witham is Charlotte Sadler who has been in the business for over eight years, and brings a wealth of experience from working in central London and Chelmsford.
