When Sian Smith, 36, decided that she wanted to leave London and move back to the quieter surroundings of her home town Chipping Ongar, where she could be closer to her family, selling her old home was easy thanks to David Wilson’s part exchange arrangement. The sales people at David Wilson were really helpful and organised everything for me. Using part exchange was very easy and took away all the stress and worry.” 

Sian bought the house off plan and was delighted when her home was ready a few months earlier than she’d expected and she could move in immediately.
