Looking back at life in the fast lane!

In January 2016 our promotion began where the public had a chance to win an Audi A1 with runners up winning 1 years free management fees on their rental property. We thoroughly enjoyed this promotion as it saw us driving across Essex in our branded Audi interacting with you all, from giving out free coffee in the morning at your local Railway station to our social media campaign where you could 'Snap and share' for the chance to win vouchers.

Our winners, Mr and Mrs Plank, were stunned to hear that they were the owners of a brand new Audi A1 after they were selected as part of a prize draw after successfully selling their family home through Beresfords. As well as this our landlord winner, Nigel Thomas was also thrilled to have on the paid management fees.

Mr and Mrs Plank said of their new car: "When we found out that we had won the car we were shocked and cried for about an hour! We just couldn't believe it; we've never won anything in our lives!"

"This is the third time we've used Beresfords and as per the previous times the service was very good. Everything went smoothly, it was an easy transaction and there was nothing to worry about. Our house went on the market on a Thursday and it was sold Friday morning!"
