Get ready get set go to Gidea Park – A new office awaits

Although Beresfords old Gidea Park office has been our home for over a quarter of a century, it’s time to move on. Due to continued expansion and serving the needs of a growing number of clients, we’ve moved to larger premises.

Havering is home to us. Beresfords started in Upminster nearly 50 years ago, we then opened in Hornchurch and a few years later in 1988 in Gidea Park. So we like to think we know a thing or two about the area, its people and its property.

While a lot has changed since 1988 - inflation is lower and the housing market isn’t in recession, our dedication and commitment to customer service remains at the heart of our business, and this is the cornerstone of our new Gidea Park branch at 85 Main Road, Gidea Park, RM2 5EL.

Our design team have created a brand new layout and a light and airy atmosphere awaits clients and staff.

There’s now a relaxed and informal area, which includes sofas, a feature wall and a flat screen TV, making it feel like a home away from home. This layout allows us to interact with clients face-to-face and not from behind a desk - which is the essence of our personal approach. After all, with moving home oven sited as one of the most stressful events in life, why not make it just a little more relaxing?

With Main Road being such a busy through route linking Romford to the A12 and M25, we have given our main external display a radical update too. Bright LED displays and large flat screen TV’s featuring current properties make sure our clients get the maximum profile for their property when marketing with Beresfords.
