Best estate agency in Essex for the fourth time!

We are delighted to announce that we have won 'Best Estate Agency in Essex' at the UK Property Awards for the fourth time. We were also very proud to be awarded with Best Estate Agency Marketing in the East of England and gained a Highly Commended award for our marketing of Woodlands, Edney Common.

These much sought-after awards are presented annually to companies and individuals who have shone through and made a notable contribution to the property market as a whole. Winners are either presented with a five-star award or are highly commended for their achievements.

These latest awards follow an impressive run of accolades for Beresfords. Last year, we were awarded the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year, Best Lettings Agency in the East of England, Best Marketing Award at the UK Property Awards, and were awarded a silver and bronze for the estate agency and lettings teams at The Negotiator national awards.
