Beresfords win top prizes at prestigious awards ceremony

Beresfords have been awarded with two leading industry awards at the International Property Awards, picking up the prestigious first prize for Best Real Estate Agency in Essex award and achieving highly commended in the Best Essex Lettings Agency category.

The great and the good of the property industry attended a gala dinner held at the Grosvenor Hotel in London and were joined by Lord Bates, Deputy Speaker of the House of Lords, who presented the awards.

Celebrating the highest levels of achievement across the property sector, the categories were judged by an independent panel which included members of professional bodies, national property journalists and industry experts.

Paul Beresford commented: “We are delighted to have been awarded prizes in both the estate agency and lettings agency categories, on the back of successive award wins over the last few years. These results are testament to the hard work of the teams across all of our branches and it is great to have our staff recognised.”

Steven Bond, Managing Director of Residential Lettings, who also attended the event, commented: “These events are important because they reward agents who adhere to industry regulation and who excel in their field. We are very proud to have our efforts recognised again and we will continue to raise the bar when it comes to our customer service and professional ethics.”

Celebrations were also had at the recent Negotiator Awards where Beresfords were awarded with the silver award for New Homes and the Bronze award for Best Medium Letting Agent.
