Beresfords shortlisted for ‘Employer of the Year’ Award

Beresfords are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for ‘Employer of the Year’ at the 2021 Brentwood Business Awards. These awards are held annually and are designed to recognise the best of local businesses and organisations.

Here at Beresfords, we understand that our biggest asset is our staff, they are the backbone of our business, without committed and dedicated teams we are unable to deliver on our promise to our customers. Our employees are a big reason that we see so much repeat business, and that we are able to continue to evolve, adapt and grow as a company.

Over the years, we have been looking at ways we can ensure our staff are feeling happy, valued and motivated through implementing a number of incentives including the Beresfords birthday freebie, monthly team do good fund, quarterly regional awards and drinks, an anonymous comment box, Room 68 and a summer party and awards evening.
