Beresfords hit gold at UK property awards

On Friday 9^th October leading representatives from the estate agency world gathered in London for the highly respected UK Property Awards. These much sought after awards are presented annually to companies and individuals who have shone through and made a notable contribution to the property market as a whole.

We’re delighted to announce that Beresfords scooped the prestigious 5-star accolade for best Estate Agency Marketing.

Nicki Treffers, Group Marketing Manager, commented: “To have our achievements and hard work recognised by the industry was a very proud moment. I truly believe that our marketing stands out from the crowd and I’m delighted that our industry peers agree.”

Meanwhile Denise Turner, Group Marketing Consultant, believes its Beresfords spectrum of marketing tools that the judges particularly embraced: “We are one of the few agents in our region that embraces the whole spectrum of marketing with an equal bias between offline and online. Our online investment, including a brand new website that will be launched at the start of next year, has been huge. We still however embrace more traditional marketing techniques for our clients, giving them the best of both worlds!”

The UK Property Awards are part of the globally respected International Property Awards which attract entries from hundreds of companies across the length and breadth of the UK. Winning entrants are presented with either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ award.
