Beresfords do it in wellies

On Sunday 22nd May, members of the Beresfords team donned their wellies and headed down to the Essex Young Farmers Show.

This year was the first time that Beresfords have exhibited at the event and we're delighted to report that the show was a huge success for us with many enquiries being made about the properties we are currently marketing. We therefore expect the number of viewings and sales to increase after the event.

Visitors to our stand were greeted with glasses of fizz and delicious strawberries and cream, perfect for when the sun decided to put in an appearance. Established for over 30 years, The Essex Young Farmers Country Show in Roxwell is one of the premier agricultural shows in the county, with average attendances in excess of 14,000. The show is organised and run by a committee of Essex Young Farmers, which is a fantastic achievement considering the scale of the event. The day aimed to thrill, entertain and educate with the many different areas that make up the Essex Young Farmers Country Show.

Visitors enjoyed the range of acts on display including the Bolddog Lings Motorcycle Stunt Team, sheep show, the annual Essex Young Farmers' Tug of War final, vintage tractors, an equine ring, forestry area, game fair, and the Essex foxhound parade.
