In the last couple of weeks Beresfords has won three national estate agency awards at two prestigious industry events.
This week we picked up two accolades at the Negotiator Awards’ glittering London ceremony which was hosted by comedian Alexander Armstrong at the Hilton, Park Lane. These are arguably the most celebrated awards in the estate agency world and they are contested by estate agents all over the UK. Beresfords fought off strong competition to win Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year and Online Marketer of the Year.
By illustrating our range of services and unique approach in the new homes sector to both developer clients and buying customers, we were able to show how successful we have been over the last year. When awarding the Land & New Homes Specialist accolade ahead of one of the largest UK corporate firms who were runners up, the judges said: “Using establishment, experience and every appropriate marketing channel, this agency delivers great results.”
Our online marketing also won gold, a major coup when others shortlisted included specialist online firms, with the judges adding: “This agency shows a great passion to embrace all forms of traditional and innovative marketing and understands the clients’ needs when searching online for a property.”
But that’s not all! We were also recently voted the Best Estate Agency in Essex for the third year in a row at the International Property Awards and came away with ‘Highly Commended’ in the Essex Lettings Agency category.
Upon winning these awards, Paul Beresford commented: “These wins reflect the hard work our teams do on a daily basis and every single member of staff is part of this success. Our team approach was also commended at The Negotiator awards when we were awarded bronze in the Community Champion of the Year category on the back of our people throwing themselves, literally in some cases, into charity and community events.
