Coming soon to Chelmsford

Beresfords have been operating from our current location in the heart of Chelmsford since 1997. Thanks to the branch’s high-profile location, with it being situated next to the cathedral and benefiting from a fantastic corner position that affords excellent display space for clients’ properties, there is every reason to make the most of its facilities.

We are therefore pleased to announce that, come January, the branch will be completely refurbished and transformed into a state-of-the-art estate agency practice. The office will be opened up to create a light and modern space for clients to discuss their property needs while providing the perfect platform to market properties. To help support our vision, the lower level will also be converted into a dedicated lettings area to complete the renovation.

You will no doubt understand that this level of work takes time and cannot be done safely whilst the office is operational.  As a result the Chelmsford team are working temporarily from the Beresfords Head Office at 10 Springfield Lyons Approach, Springfield, Chelmsford, CM2 5LB.

The renovation of the Duke Street branch is due to be complete mid-January and we will of course keep you updated on the progress and the official re-launch.
