Beresfords host a gastronomic delight in Ingatestone

To help celebrate the refurbishment of their Ingatestone office, Beresfords recently hosted an evening of fine wine, cheese and canapés for local residents and business associates.

Over 60 people gathered in the office to enjoy a fine selection of wines which were paired specifically with an assortment of delicious cheeses. They sampled some wonderful artisan cheeses from the UK and a couple of worthy foreigners for good measure, alongside a variety of wine styles from bone dry, sparkling through to light whites and full-bodied reds. The food and drinks were provided by local businesses Abigail’s Delicatessen and The Four Vintners.

Denise Morris, Branch Manager, thoroughly enjoyed the evening: “We wanted to do something a little different to both celebrate the re-launch of the office and to give something back to the local community who have supported us for over 15 years. I am really pleased with how many local residents and business associates embraced the event and their feedback has been extremely positive. Wine and cheese are certainly two of life’s great culinary pleasures and finding the perfect match was a delicious endeavour!”

The layout has primarily been designed with our clients in mind.  A new seating and reception area have been created, including a welcoming fireplace, which is where most of our business is conducted - face-to-face and not from behind a desk - which is the essence of our personal approach. “The properties we have for sale and for rental also take centre stage with state-of-the-art window displays showcasing the best the area has to offer and properties on display through the state of the art flat screen TVs.”
