Next month Beresfords will be relocating their Colchester branch to a new prime space in the heart of the town's vibrant High Street. It is the fourth office relocation Beresfords have undertaken in the last 4 years, a ringing endorsement of the High Street. The location is just a couple of doors down from Colchester's premier retail store, Fenwicks and as such is in one of the highest footfall locations in town.

Why do we relocate offices? The reason is simple. The more visible an estate agent is the more property enquiries you get; the more enquiries you get the more properties you find a buyer or tenant for. In addition to this, our offices further out into Essex constantly get enquiries from people wanting to move out from nearer London.

In fact, at our Colchester branch, over 60% of those looking for property are from outside the local area, so combined with our relocation we are confident we are best placed to find the perfect buyer or tenant for our clients.

Previous relocations have seen an immediate and significant increase in phone calls and email enquiries as well as people through the door even when they have just moved a short distance up the road to a footfall hotspot.
